Rolfson Oil offers employees and their eligible family members access to affordable, qualified medical coverage. With three plan options available, each plan provides access to a large nationwide provider network.

All medical plans include prescription drug coverage, along with helpful tools and resources through our carrier to help you locate medications and save on prescription costs.

Two medical plan options are HSA-eligible, allowing employees to contribute to a Health Savings Account. An HSA offers triple tax advantages and funds never expire. Rolfson Oil generously matches employee contributions dollar-for-dollar up to $700 per plan year.

In addition to protecting your smile, Rolfson Oil’s dental insurance helps cover the cost of routine dental care, including regular checkups, cleanings, and X-rays.

Vision insurance provides coverage for routine eye exams and other vision-related services, along with specified allowances for eyeglasses or contact lenses.

All Rolfson Oil medical plans include access to virtual care services and a 24/7 nurse line, offering convenient medical support anytime, anywhere.

All eligible full-time employees have access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program. The EAP provides confidential counseling, travel assistance, will preparation, and a variety of additional support services.

Rolfson Oil pays all employees on a weekly basis and offers an on demand pay  option to hourly employees.

Employees may elect Short-Term Disability insurance, which replaces a portion of income if you are unable to work due to a covered illness or injury lasting more than 14 days. Coverage provides 60% of pre-disability earnings, up to a $2,500 weekly maximum.

Rolfson Oil provides all eligible full-time employees with Long-Term Disability insurance, which replaces 60% of pre-disability earnings if you are unable to work due to a covered illness or injury lasting more than six months.

Accident insurance provides cash benefits for covered injuries, treatments, and services. Payments are made directly to you and can be used for expenses such as hospital travel, childcare, or lost income due to missed work.

Rolfson Oil offers a 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan for employees eligible after one year of service. The company matches contributions up to 4%, and all contributions are 100% vested immediately.

All eligible full-time employees receive group life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage equal to one times annual compensation, payable to your designated beneficiary(ies).

In addition to basic life coverage, employees may elect voluntary life insurance for themselves and may also purchase coverage for eligible spouses and children.

Hospital indemnity insurance provides additional financial protection for expenses related to an unexpected hospital stay. Benefits are paid directly to the covered individual and may be used at their discretion.

Identity theft protection is available for employees and their families and includes identity, credit, and financial account monitoring; 24/7 fraud support; cybersecurity tools; digital footprint monitoring; and mental health resources.
