Alfonso joined Rolfson Oil in 2016, based in Watford City, ND, where he worked in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Over the years, he’s developed expertise in frac operations, management, and leadership. One of Alfonso’s greatest accomplishments is promoting employees within the company into supervisory and management roles, helping them unlock their full potential. He takes great pride in watching his team members develop new skills, grow professionally, and take on new responsibilities. Alfonso aims to be challenged and grow as a leader while enhancing the team’s effectiveness and success. Outside of work, he is passionate about traveling, staying active at the gym, watching sports, and listening to podcasts.
