DENNIS HATHAWAY, Vice President of Operations
Dennis earned his MBA in Business from Ball State University, where he developed a strong foundation for strategic decision-making and leadership. With 35 years of experience in the fuel industry, Dennise currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Rolfson Oil, where he leverages his extensive background to lead and drive operational excellence. His professional journey includes nine years working in the Permian Basin and a comprehensive history in the refining industry. Additionally, he holds a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), which complements his deep understanding of the fuel supply chain. Over the years, he has honed his skills in operational management, team leadership, and process optimization, consistently delivering results that drive company success. One of his core professional goals is to support the youth at Rolfson Oil, helping them achieve success and grow within the company. On a personal note, Dennis has been happily married for 30+ years. He and his wife are the proud parents of two grown daughters. Outside of work, Dennis is an avid General Aviation pilot, enjoy shooting skeet, and golf.
