FRANCIS NOBLE, Vice President of Engineering and Compliance
A Texas native, Francis was born in Dallas and raised in Houston before earning a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He spent time in Midland working in the field before joining Rolfson Oil in 2023. Now, based in the Dallas office, he remains connected to operations in West Texas, frequently traveling to support the team on the ground. Passionate about continuous improvement, Francis takes a hands-on approach to problem-solving and collaboration, supporting Rolfson Oil’s focus on innovation and sustainability in the industry.
