Jason was destined for a personality-driven career from an early age. Shortly after moving to Texas, Jason realized he did not know anyone or have any friends. One evening while the Garton family was preparing to leave the house for dinner, Jason decided to take the matters into his own hands and rectify his situation. When Jason’s mother came out to check on him and discovered the young lad was gone. She went outside to check the front yard where she found Jason making his way up the street, only to learn he had been going door to door, introducing himself to his new neighbors and asking if someone his age lived there so they could be friends. Jason was four years old at the time and has been in recruiting and human resource capacity for 30 years.
