With over 15 years of experience in the rental industry, Ramon worked his way from the wash bay to leadership roles in parts, service, and rental departments at various equipment and automotive dealerships. This diverse experience has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of business operations, enabling him to drive efficiency, improve customer service, and offer valuable insights into rental operations. As Vice President of the Rentals, Ramon’s focus is on building and nurturing strong relationships within the oilfield sector while spearheading growth initiatives to expand Rolfson Rentals’ presence in the market. He is passionate about fostering a customer-centric environment that supports business development and long-term success. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors through boating and fishing. He also values spending quality time with friends and family.
